A fifteen year old Japanese high school student is facing charges for hacking into 140 websites in protest against the war on Iraq.
The youth, who has not been named, has admitted to the allegations.
"I did it to make the United States take a look at itself and realize what they have done in their selfish war," he reportedly told police.
Police arrested the boy after illegal access was identified from his home computer in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture to a server in Tokyo on March 28.
He used the server to launch attacks on American, British and Japanese websites, posting antiwar messages.
