     <p>Top Cart is perhaps the most infamous and secretive training division of CurzTech International.  But what do they actually do?  We've all heard the stories about men in dark clothes appearing out of nowhere and flashing the infamous Top Cart insignia, but how can we separate truth from fiction?</p>
     <p>"Top Cart: Inside the Mystery" attempts to look inside this secretive division, it's methods, it's customs and traditions to find out exactly what makes a "Top Cart".  We've been given unprecedented access to the CurzTech headquarters and secretive records never before published.  We'll go behind the scenes with the man who initiated the training program to increase the effectiveness of Cart Handlers during the Vietnam War.  We'll see the elaborate training each prospective Top Cart employee goes through in the secret training headquarters.  All this and more will be revealed in "Top Cart: Inside the Mystery."</p>
